Ernestina Kafui Seamegbe

Ernestina has been a teacher since September 2005. She currently serves as the Farm Manageress of Egg Palace Ghana Limited.

Prior to this role, Ernestina has served as an Assistant Headteacher in the Ghana Education Service. She later served as the first Headteacher and a school Governor of Springfield Royal Montessori School through September 2019 to September 2022.

Ernestina completed Aburi Girls Secondary School in 2001. She graduated from the University of Ghna with a degree in Psychology and Teachers' Certificate "A" from the Institute of Education (Cape-Coast).

In addition she has attended a number of coursee including brooding, common poultry diseases and layer performance.

Cindy Ofori

Cindy is the Administrator/Secretary of Egg Palace Ghana Limited. A fast growing company and one of the most recognized and respected brands in Ghana.

Prior to taking this position, Cindy worked as an Administrative Officer at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority(DVLA). She also worked with EIB Network at the Kasapa Online Department and spent some months working with Business Day Ghana where she was responsible for writing stories at the print media.

Cindy earned her Bachelor of Art degree in Communication studies from Pentecost University and completed her secondary education at the Benkum Senior High School.
